Instructions for Kespet Online Service

Kespet Online Service includes all the products in our selection. Online service is easy to use and speeds up ordering products.


In the Kespet Online Service you will find all the products in our selection. Using the ordering service speeds up getting products to the job site and saves you time. Below is a comprehensive user guide for using the online service.

Registration for the service

Using the service requires registration in the service. To register, you must provide your name, company information, email address and create a password for yourself. A confirmation code will be sent to your e-mail, which you will enter during registration. After registration, Kespet staff will confirm the registration. Then you will be able to log in to the online service.

Login to the online service and Forgotten password

To log in, enter your email address and password that you provided during registration. If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking the I forgot my password button. You will receive an email which includes instructions how to reset your password.

Placing an order

Once you have logged in to the service, you will be able to place an order. Click Add New Order button, then press the Add Products button. Then you can select category:

• AC cladding / insulation
• HVAC cladding / insulation
• AC technical elastomeric insulation
• HVAC technical elastomeric insulation
• Installation equipment
• Tools

Placing an order – AC and HVAC claddings and technical insulation

Depending on your category selection, the system will guide you to make different selections. For example, when choosing HVAC cladding / insulation, you must first specify the pipe size. The pipe sizes are 12-1016 mm. Once you have selected the right pipe size, you choose the insulation thickness. Press the Next button to proceed. Next you need to choose the cladding material from the following options:

• Aluminium
• Hot galvanized
• Stainless
• PVC Coating
• Insulation only

After selecting the material, you select the desired parts: angle, cone, central cone, eccentric cone, pipe jacket, terminal, t-joint, oblique t-joint. You can also select Insulation only, in which case you go to select insulation directly for the pipe. By clicking the Next button, the system will ask if insulation will be added to that product. If you select Yes, you can select the desired insulation from the different options. The system calculates insulation demand based on your product choices. You can change the amount of insulation if you need a larger amount. You can choose to order insulation based on the number of meters or to order complete packages.

Ordering – technical elastomeric insulations, installation accessories and tools

When ordering AC and HVAC claddings, there are a few more choices to make than in other products. For AC and HVAC technical elastomeric insulation, there is no need to make a coating selection at all. For installation equipment and tools, all you need to know is the product you are ordering and the amount. To make the selection easier, the system has a search function. For example, you can use the search function to search the installation equipment for the word rivet, in which case the system will display all products that contain the word rivet. That way, you don’t have to scroll through the entire listing.

Finalizing the order

The system displays the selected products in a list. When you have made all the selections, click the Next button and you will see a summary of your products. The Continue button allows you to proceed, at which point the system will once again display the order. One more click on the Continue button and you will be able to check the recipient’s information and select the desired delivery date. Orders are also possible to pick up from one of our four stores.

You can use additional information box to put the purchase order number or mark. This will help you e.g. in invoice allocation, when the order has reference or, for example, the name of the construction site. In addition, you can put additional information for the order to the space reserved for it.
